Helped design new websites to improve interactions with customers. Usability is the key factor to get user-friendly applications that work effectively. Using design research and early involvement of both customers and business owners, I created operational prototypes to get early feedback from target audience. Resulting in better specifications and improved acceptance of the application, and in less maintainance and changes after deployment.
Designed and deployed the Eindhoven News website using WordPress with the ColorNews theme, training volunteers in the use of WordPress for uploading articles. Stepping over from an old format to a modern website design as shown below. The new site is at: www.eindhovennew.com.
